The skies have indeed darkened and humanity is still oblivious to the fact. How many different natural catastrophes exacerbated by human actions, outbreaks of disease begun by science and gross crimes against our own species do we need to sustain before we have the grand awakening. All is not correct with the world and we are the main catalysts for it. When will we awaken to the damage caused by our progress? When will we realise that unless we change our current ways, generations to come will drown in a legacy of pollution and filth? A legacy that we are still creating. Probably when the lights come on and we realise the party is over.
